    1. Non Modular -Immediate
    2. 20 days from the date of 50% advance payment and finalization on materials and design

11. Payment

    30% payment before dispatch of material from factory

12. Installation

    10 to 15 days based on site condition

13. Completion, QC and Handing over

14. Payment

    Balance 10 % after completion
